Postlicensing 301 M/W May 8, 10 15, 17, 9:00-5:30 pm Postlicensing 302 M/W June 12, 14, 19, 26 9:00-5:30pm Postlicensing 303 M/W July 17, 19, 24, 26 9:00-5:30pm Textbooks for this course are the North Carolina Real Estate Manual. Also NC Residential Square Footage Guidelines and the North Carolina Real Estate License Law and Commission Rules provided electronically free of cost. The NC Real Estate Manual is used for all 3 postlicensing classes. Textbooks must be purchased directly from the NCREC website at: http://www.ncrecpubs.org/. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. AASofRE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses based on enrollment. If a course is cancelled students have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
