Course instructor is Tanya Sekhon. Classes held as Zoom sessions & instructions will be sent to participants. Textbooks for this course are the current edition of the North Carolina Real Estate Manual and the North Carolina Residential Square Footage Guidelines. The NC Real Estate Manual is used for all 3 postlicensing courses and must be purchased separately. Textbooks must be purchased directly from the NCREC at http://www.ncrecpubs.org/ Please allow up to 7 days for delivery AASofRE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses based on enrollment.
